Testing, testing, more testing!!
Lots of friend ask us why we apply so many certifications for teppanyaki. Is it worth it? To all who also has the same question, it is not a requirement in Taiwan; however, we want all our customer to get the safest product.
After NSF (Food Safety), UL (Electrical and Fire Safety), today we conduct a new testing: Electromagnetic Interference (or EMI)
Why is it needed?
Basically, if you have any family members or friends with cardiac electronic implant. When they are out for dinner, they’ll avoid places that will create electromagnetic interference (EMI). The reason we conduct this testing is to ensure all our customer are in a safe environment.
